1. During the test, if the oil pump stops working suddenly, the load should be removed to reduce the pressure of the oil pump, and the pump should be re-opened after inspection. Do not start oil pump under high pressure.

2. In the test, if the electric appliance fails, the start or stop button does not work, the power shall be cut off immediately to stop the test machine.

3. To prevent the sample from flying out during fracture and causing accident, the protective plate can be made by ourselves.

4. When using, pay attention to whether the clamp bolts on both sides of wedge block of upper and lower nippers are loose. Should at any time fastening to prevent the press, such as flying out of the accident.

5. Before driving, tighten the oil delivery valve to prevent sudden and rapid rise of piston.

6. Beam lifting is used to adjust the test space. If the test block is misoperated, it will lead to the chain jump buckle in the drive mechanism and the beam stuck dead when it is moved.

7. When the test machine is installed, connect the three-phase power cord correctly. The cross-sectional area of the zero wire shall not be less than 1.5 mm square. Firmly connect the ground wire, connect the main machine and the screen parts.

8. Pay attention to the motor rotation direction during the initial test. If the direction is opposite, replace any two - phase power line position.
