Test conditions
1. The test should be under 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ temperature.
2. During the test, the center position of the test device and sample shall not slip. In the case of force transfer, do not change the direction of the force, continuous bending until the specified bending Angle.
3. The length of the supporting roller and the pressure head shall be greater than the width of the sample.
Test steps
1. The sample can be tested on the branch bending device shown, or on the die bending device.
2. Under the action of test force, the specimen should be bent gently, and the rise speed of the test machine platform should not be more than 60mm/min.
3. When the strength difference between the two base metals or between the welding seam and the base metal is large, longitudinal bending test can be used, or the roller bending device can be used for transverse bending test.
