The technical requirements of the locomotive and vehicle spring suspension in the lateral migration test and the lateral bending test are as follows:
1. The suspension device provides limited time for lateral free migration.

3. The bending direction is defined by line AB. It is the spring up and down two forces at the center of the Central Line of the projection.
4. The bending direction of the spring subjected to static axial force Fco shall be permanently marked on the spring, and the F value shall also be specified in the technical requirements. The position of the marker pointing towards the center of the spring indicates the direction of the spring's lateral free deviation.
5. When the spring bears the static axial force of Fco, any limitation of the bending force shall be specified in the technical requirements. According to the requirement of the spring when it is installed on the locomotive vehicle (which is part of the locomotive), it is allowed to mark the value mark with the middle mark c on the spring. In such cases, such requirements shall be specified in the technical requirements (see chapter 9) and specified in a special notation.
6. It shall be specified in the technical requirements that when the spring may be subjected to the action of two axial forces, Fco and Fc1, the maximum permissible Angle between the two bending directions that the spring may generate shall be gammed c and the values of Fco and Fc1.
